WELCOME!

Thank you for your interest in my work. I am a Landscape photographer based in Colorado. My love for the outdoors has allowed me to connect with so many people who also enjoy the beauty and solace of nature.

About the Artist

Casey began his formal education in photography at the Colorado Mountain College, majoring in Fine Art Photography and returned to school a few years later and earned an Associates Degree in Photography from The Colorado Institute of Art in Denver. He has been a working professional photographer ever since. In addition  to over 20 years in the catalog industry, his fine artwork has been displayed at numerous venues and art festivals. It is valued for its technical quality, diversity, beauty, and simplicity. In 2018 he left a corporate job and struck out on his own to pursue his passion for taking photos of the natural landscape full time, and teaching the art of photography to others. In 2020 he began teaching photography classes at Pikes Peak State College as part of their photography degree program.

Why I Love Photography

A mountain partially shrouded in clouds. A grove of golden Aspens in the fall. Ancient Anasazi ruins tucked away in a desert canyon. A small delicate flower basking in the sun. The drama of a storm moving through the landscape. These are some of the subjects and scenes I love to photograph wherein I find the beauty and mystery of life reflected in the world, and this is what I strive to convey in my work as an photographic artist.
