This image was taken from a high hilltop in Colorado Springs, Colorado, that offers a wonderful view of the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. On this cold winter morning, the clouds clung to the sides of the mountain, as they often do, and parted briefly to give a glimpse of the mysterious snowcapped peak beyond.
